Abstract

The role that investors play in the current rapid development of the Indonesian Stock Exchange, investors must be very careful when making investments and must research the companies they wish to support. According to Mahendra (2018), a company is founded with a specific purpose and the main goal is to maximize profits. While the goal of the third company is to increase the value of the company, which is reflected in the share price, the goal of the second company is to enrich its shareholders or shareholders. The business has released its financial reports for the years 2018 to 2021. A total of thirty companies failed to comply with the requirements in the incomplete financial statements from 2018 to 2021. Therefore, using the SPSS application version 26, a binary logistic regression analysis was performed on the data collected by 25 sample companies. The type of data used in this research is secondary data and quantitative data. The company's financial reports can be accessed on the IDX, which is the source of study data. 2. The profitability of a company is directly inversely correlated with its value. Directly proportional to the profitability of the company, and vice versa, the value of the company increases. 3. The size and profitability of a company is directly related to its value.

Abstract

One of the ways companies get prospective workers who have high work results is by manifesting the recruitment and selection process. An agency needs to recruit prospective workers who match the criteria needed with the aim of being able to carry out the job desks that have been determined in certain positions. Finding prospective workers who have competencies and criteria that are in accordance with the needs of an agency is quite complicated so it requires a special scheme during the recruitment and selection process. This research discusses whether the recruitment and selection system has an influence on employee work commitment, this research uses a literature study method that examines several sources that examine the application of the recruitment and selection system to increase employee work commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether the promotion and risk management at BMT Al-Ishlah affects the confidence of people in the city of Jambi. As the population of this research is the people of Jambi City. The number of research samples used is 397 respondents. The research approach uses a quantitative approach, while the research method is observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. Data analysis using parametric statistics. The result is that promotion influences increasing public trust and risk management influential in increasing public confidence. The promotion has an influence but is not significant on the trust of the people of Jambi City in using BMT Al-Ishlah products, and risk management also has an influence but is not significant in increasing the trust of the people of Jambi City in using BMT Al-Ishlah products.

Abstract

Susi Air is an Indonesian airline operated by PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation with scheduled and charter flights. Headquartered in Pangandaran, West Java, Susi Air operates flights from 5 main bases namely in Medan (North Sumatra), Halim Perdana Kusuma (Jakarta), Central Java (Cilacap), West Java (Pangandaran and Bandung), Samarinda, and Jayapura (Papua). It was founded in late 2004 by Susi Pudjiastuti. motivation.In running its business, Susi Air must have a high level of productivity so that the relationship between the company's role and employee performance must support each other in order to achieve the desired goals. Time management is an effort to organize, supervise, plan, and control the effective use of time to achieve certain goals. The most important aspect that should be mentioned is that time management does not require a person to learn to do as many things as possible in a short period of time, but ensures that the person does what needs to be done, dealing with the thing that really needs attention. The key to achieving company goals and completing tasks with efficiency at PT Asi Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) is effective time management. However, if employees and companies are not able to manage time well, bad consequences will arise such as settlement of Late tasks, increased stress levels, and decreased productivity leading to loss of motivation.

Abstract

The role of Management in making Strategic Information System designs according to the company's vision is an advantage that must always be improved by providing totality awareness of all stakeholders of the importance of sustainable Information Planning to respond to global challenges. Accounting Information is an output for companies in the financial sector that is influenced by business strategy and internal control. This study provides a critical analysis of how business strategy, internal control, and human resource professionalism affect accounting information. The linear regression analysis test is a measuring tool for whether the dependent variable is influenced by the three independent variables. The research uses quantitative statistical methods with SPSS version 21. The results of the hypothesis test explain that business strategy has a significant positive effect on the quality of accounting information. Internal control has a significant positive effect on the quality of accounting information and HR professionalism has a significant positive effect on the quality of accounting information.

Abstract

This 2023 research is entitled Strategy for Poverty Alleviation and Economic Empowerment Using Islamic Philanthropy to Become a Moderating Variable on Community Welfare (Case Study of the BSM UMMAT Foundation). The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a significant influence between poverty alleviation and economic empowerment on people's welfare in increasing Muzaki in the future, with Islamic philanthropy as a moderator variable. The success of the Poverty Alleviation and Economic Empowerment Strategy is largely determined by several aspects, namely Capital Assistance, Facilities Development Assistance, Counseling Assistance, Institutional Strengthening, and Strengthening Business Partnerships. The research method used is the correlation and regression method, which is an attempt to measure and test the relationship and forecast of the variables studied, where to test the relationship and predict the variables, namely by using computerized media SPSS, SEM, and Microsoft Excel programs. While the sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling/Purposive Sampling which uses a total sample of 50 people. In this entire study, the biggest influence on the t-test is the effect of Economic Empowerment on Islamic Philanthropy (t count of 4.427 is greater than the t-table of 1.96). Economic Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Philanthropy. Then, Poverty Alleviation has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Philanthropy, because based on statistical parameters it shows that the t count is 2.045 greater than the t table is 1.96. Economic Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Community Welfare because based on statistical parameters it shows that t count is 2.698 greater than the t-table of 1.96 and Islamic Philanthropy has a positive and significant effect on Community Welfare because based on statistical parameters it shows that t count is 2.085 greater than t table of 1.96.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, profitability, liquidity, and capital intensity on tax aggressiveness with audit quality as a moderator. Tax aggressiveness was measured using the long-run cash effective tax rate (LR CETR). The research was conducted in the public company energy sector for the period 2017-2021 using a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method in this study uses a structural equation model (SEM) approach based on partial least squares (PLS). The results of the study show that firm size, profitability, and liquidity have an effect on tax aggressiveness, and capital intensity has no effect on tax aggressiveness. Audit quality is proven to moderate the effect of company size and profitability on tax aggressiveness. The results of this study are expected to be of use to the Government through the DGT in formulating a tax strategy in order to mitigate tax aggressiveness by companies as a mandatory tax and to improve the gaps in the current tax regulations and can be used as a reference for further research

Abstract

This study analyses the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Growth, and Dividends on Firm Value in the mining sector. The data used in this research are secondary data from mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the Growth variable significantly influences Firm Value. In contrast, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Dividend variables are insignificant. The implications of this study highlight the importance of focusing on company growth to enhance Firm Value, as well as paying attention to financial health and appropriate capital structure

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the real picture of the events studied so that objective data can be easily obtained. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of an organization in the Kemayoran area, Central Jakarta. Sampling was done using simple random sampling. This research was using samples of as many as 100 respondents. The data analysis method used as Partial Least Square (PLS)- SEM with the help of the data analysis tool SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this research shows leadership style and organizational culture have a positive effect on work motivation. Leadership style has no effect on employee performance. Organizational culture and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation mediates and intervenes in the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Work motivation mediates and intervenes in the influence of organizational culture on employee performance
